I will add the following observations.......
The 3 Day You-TUBE broadcast of the Spring Awakening Festival apparently did not make as much as $.10 cents in Google advertising revenue (such income would have been reported here)..... moreover.... there is no accounting to the IP asset value of the recorded content. ........apparently they walked away with absolutely nothing of value!....so much for Kick A$$ content!
gonna be tough to sell that business model to anybody......
BTW... there is an error in the filing..... the Basic and Diluted Weighted Average Shares Outstanding totals (Page 5) are clearly wrong (I am/have always been confused as to their presence in that table entirely as none of the other values on the page relate to them)
FWIW....anybody see that Audited 2013 10K yet?????..... Nope.... and you never will!
