Zargis- For the judge to have venue or jurisdiction, It has to be the TSY running the show, Documented. then we can have a discussion on the 3rd.

The gmnt defense at pre trial was this should be heard in that court cause - Granted their argument was they FHFA was acting as a conservator here but cannot be discovered because they are the government there.
I am glad we have great counsel on this. But am concerned like Rosen and others this court is not taking a hard stand here. They could do a lot more pushing around.

We ALL know the FHFA is NOT acting to preserve and conserve. It is running its own agenda.
Not sure why no one is suing on that basis.
