If they do turnaround, it will be WITHOUT the shareholders, or the shareholders will be diluted into oblivion, as has already occurred.

So answer these questions:
So what would be the purpose in investing knowing that those events are coming?

Why would anyone buy ANY stock that had no voting rights?
