What do you mean was.....still is! No SEC filings on record to date. As for that's when the party starts do you mean that's when they start dumping? Surprised to see you posting after your comment stating if you were wrong you would never post again. People remember what you post so beware of what you put in writing.In my opinion you are welcome to post anytime (not that you need my permission:) Let's hope management gets their heads out of their butts and update shareholders as to what their plans are. Let us hope Dec does not bring Jim and Ken's sell off of shares. Good Luck
