Cause they dont care about the share price and they dont pump the stock. Most penny traders are not here to invest in companies for the long term. Most are looking for a stock that has potential to make a fast run and they can sell and take the gains. UCPA just does not do that. This stock has been stuck between .0020-.0030 for almost a year for the most part.
Great company, just not sexy. Prob one of the best OTC stocks out there really, its just not scammy enough.
