Typically for funding a corporation would require certain values, one item looked at is the Market Capitalization of the company.
Its hard to request 1 million in financing if a company is only worth say 3 million. The risk is tremendous regardless of Assets or liabilities.
Now consider asking for 1 million in funding if your Market Capitalization is 20 million.
Next is debt conversions. There is a direct correlation of share count to pricing here.
Long story short, a proper business man must consider all aspects of the business and with corporations (blue chip, nasdaq and pinks) share price is a large focus ALWAYS.
