SGUI was the OTC company (Sanguine)Dr. Lakey was involved with while he was at the University of Alberta. His research partner, Dr. James Shapiro appears on the list of individuals who were compensated by the company. I did not see a listing for Dr. Lakey but there was a notation regarding Medical Advisory Services for over 100,000 shares. Given his research background and the number of opportunities which likely are available to him for employment/research given his stature in the field of his chosen research, how did he end up with a start up like this? He is going to require huge amounts of funding and equipment to do his work.

In terms of DSCR and hemp, that company has a grow site in Northern Alberta but apart from that there does not seem to be much more information.
