I echo all such concerns. Thanks for articulating them so clearly. I have had the very same questions. specifically how will the judge's orders of the gvt be enforced? This admin (prob any admin) will go to (and has gone to) extreme lengths to cover up the illegalities it's committed. To them, Changing dates on documents would be nothing. Do I / we still have this correct- that the judge has given / assigned the gvt the duty of finding the very documents that will incriminate it? I kept reading the transcripts to try and disprove that, but unless I missed something, it appears that that is indeed the situation. Hopefully the plaintiff's lawyers will attempt to close that gvt-serving loophole sometime before it's too late.
