Yield Sign is back, but they'll eventually file

MJNA didn't file on time, so OTC Markets dropped it a tier today, to OTC Pink Limited Info from OTC Pink Current, but that's as bad as it will get until they file, and MJNA eventually will.

That change that also shows a Yield Sign on MJNA's page on OTC Markets, as a warning to investors to take the lack of reporting into account.

But since MJNA is an "Alternative Reporting" company, and not an SEC filer, the SEC has no say in the matter of their reporting.

The SEC would probably only suspend if it thought there was some illegal trading going on, like that situation that came out a few weeks ago with those guys doing "matched trades" to pump a stock, but I don't think that's happening here.

It's just a badly run company.
