Oh, tee hee hee... Jorge is desperate for money or else he would not have wasted half a year of his life waiting and trying to make PRPM look legit. True, Vakser used Jorge, same as he did Vortex.
Did you notice the word "almost" in his text? Know the meaning?
That's about as meaningful as "MiltonTonic almost swam to the moon." but he turned back to earth when he became entangled in interplanetary plankton which was affecting his buoyancy and causing him to drift off coarse.

We hope Jorge is successful, now that he has departed ways with PRPM he will have a much better chance in the real world. Disassociating himself from PRPM is a smart business move.
