Paying the investors with "shares" say a lot about the company's credibility. Taking "shares" , they are saying, " we trust that what you are doing has potential".Example: From the q. " On March 27, 2014, The Company executed a $25,000 note payable along with an agreement to pay the investor an additional $75,000 worth of the company stock" Investor getting paid in company stock, $75,000, final payment due April 15, 2015. Wonder where the price of this stock is heading? They could pay this off with only 1,500,000 at a share price of .05. IMO
All those investors, just the fact that investors are investing speak volumes for IDGC. IMO
