$XXII (modified-risk tobacco play) broke down trendline today with volume greater than the 5-day average and closed right on the 50SMA. Nearing completion of huge fundamental news: acceptance into the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement, among the likes of tobacco giants Phillip Morris, RJ Reynolds, etc. All momentum indicators curling up and looking for huge confirmation move of channel break on the technical side.
