It's 12:50 on the East coast and therefore Victor is now delinquent with MPIX's financial reporting requirements with OTC Markets. Because Victor neglected to make the required filing on time, despite knowing it was due, and despite the Late Filing Notification that was filed on August 15th, OTC Markets will drop MPIX's tier to a Limited Information tier soon I guarantee.
