Post #40210 posted by Broncojcp may be the post Teffy Trader is referring to. It would seem Broncojcp is representing this post as a communication sent from SMVI. It also seems that Teffy has taken issue with the validity of this post. Stating that Thayer usually ends his e-mails with "Rob". I have read this e-mail several times and to me it seems constructed to be an advertisement, or an attempt to hype traders into buying the stock ahead of filings that may or may not come. Also to delay filings for "personal reasons which will not be discussed" is a very weak excuse, why even mention it? Bottom line, the e-mail states. "THE FILINGS WILL BE SUBMITTED WITHIN THE NEXT 16 DAYS". Teffy is right, in 16 days from the e-mail date there should be filings. Correct me if any of my information is not accurate. It is my opinion about what Teffy Trader has taken an issue to. In my opinion.
