One is the making of the movie, the other (the SEGI portion) is the Distribution Rights.

One does not negate the other... Thanks for bringing this out so we can provide answers to people that are confused by seeing one thing or another (maybe they are thinking because they see one thing it makes the other untrue) and not knowing how it could be possible and reconcilable.
