on July 31 Wave PRed with Bell-ID and it included this:

"The companies have executed a letter of intent and anticipate the signing of a definitive agreement in August."

which might be what you are referring to. If they PR a LOI, it seems they would likely PR the subsequent agreement (the actual agreement perhaps 8-k-ish).

On April 15th Wave PRed with Micron and it included this:

"The companies are targeting the second half of 2014 for future announcements regarding products in development."
