CLNP OLD CO GONE, NEW CO IN PLACE

Just to set the record straight here-

CLNP was directed by Ken Lewis

on May 19, 2014 a filing was made to dissolve the company as of May 30, 2014

prior to the companies dissolution a plan to acquire the CLNP shell began and the retraction was made as evidence by the fact that the stock is still trading today

on June 13, 2014

Las Vegas, NV - Las Vegas,NV,June 12- CleanPath Resources Corp(OTC Pink Markets: CLNP),(the "Company")announced today that Rhythm Rooster,LLC has acquired 3,034,000,000 shares of common stock from Ronald N. Serota,previously the sole director of the company,and his affiliates,representing a majority ownership interest.Rhythm also acquired from Mr. Serota 100,000 Series B Preferred Shares,representing 100% of the issued and outstanding preferred shares. The company has no intent to dissolve and has filed a Certificate of Correction with the Nevada Secretary of State withdrawing and voiding the Certificate of Dissolution filed in error by Mr. Serota. Alexander Hazan, the owner of Rhythm Rooster, is currently the sole director and President of the Company and has replaced Mr. Serota, who resigned on May 19, 2014. Robert Icho have been appointed COO and Secretary, and Robert cash McCloy as Treasurer, respectively.


Since then 19 filings were made by the NEW CLNP
the most recent of which is ATTORNEY LETTER WITH RESPECT TO CURRENT INFORMATION-

as we can see on page 4 section 9 it is clear that the Neveda beverage corporation has in fact become the NEW CLNP and is obviously spending a considerable amount of time and money to move this forward.

SUMMARY-

there is documented proof to show that the OLD CLNP with Ken Lewis is no longer,
all of the information referencing any scam that pertained to CLNP IS NO LONGER VALID OR RELEVANT
and the new CLNP is now current and trading with 19 filings to support its existence that clearly demonstrates it to be a valid nevada corporation complete with current financials and standing as NEW company under the ticker CLNP


Over the past few months we witnessed the acquisition of a shell

typically these acquisitions bring a significant pps run after completion and the release of information from the NEW company
