I disagree,I think the fluff PR worked, why? Because IMHO CD Note holders had to convert yesterday. If the converted without PR then the stock would be 01's for sure. I also feel we see the real news were all looking for between now and Sept.
Looking at the current level 2 offers,I see no large offers like yesterday with one MM offering 950K shares.
We shall see.
