Sorry to disappoint you but the share being traded are pure manipulation and attempt to bring down pps. Not enough share to be crashing. Shorter selling and investors bottom feeding. This is a long term investment. Speculating 1000-100000% gain at this price level. Looking at xtrm chart they have gained over 1000-11000% gain even before the 40 acre purchased twice. To clear up some misconception to investors -cannabis is indeed a desert plant to begin with.

Now we are waiting on news on completion of the well. Then updates on fencing etc. hopefully this will be all completed before Cali legalizes mj which is inevitable. Even better is mj reclassified and made legal federally. Legalization and the next wave might take place on the next presidential election or sooner. This is practically first dip in billions of dollars sector.

Don't invest if you can't bear for the ride. Don't invest and expect to always gain. Investing in penny stock itself is risky and volatile no matter the stock. You can own the same stock but not everyone earn the same. Buy low sell high. Patience will be worth it if you get first dip when the company is just starting up.
