For DRNE? The last time I checked, the number of shares outstanding was around 50 million, so multiply the cost per share. If SP was $1, then market cap is $50m.

The REAL bomb is in the preferred share structure if it is as brought up by Coastie with supporting SEC docs from DRNE which I asked for. Series A preferred shares convert to shares at a very extravagant ratio to say the least.So we did a calculation... At full dilution (all preferred shares converted to common), I believe the number of outstanding shares is around 146m. So if one thinks about it, LTA with it's miniscule sales, is supporting a huge potential market cap.

That is what we currently have 10m shares of.

I say we convert now and run for the hills, or at least, pay our bills with those banana money shares!
