ed2000 ... All of these faces ...

are the faces of people who either were former executives in Mr. Shareef's company, Adaptive Media, Inc, and merely followed him to Adaptive Medias, Inc. ... the others were all introduced to ADTM shareholders via press releases which always included their history and experience. Everyone had the same opportunity to check out their background, but whether or not shareholders took advantage of that, is a question only they can answer. Regardless, quite a few people here seemed to be suspicious of practically everyone of them, and some even had the audacity to refer to many of them as Shareef's "old buddies" for reasons only they know.

I guess some people here seem to think they know more than Mr. Shareef does, and didn't stop to think that there were positions in the Company that required people with particular experience and talent; consequently, he brought abroad people that he knew to be exceptionally qualified to fill those various positions.

Yes, with every new hire comes an increase in operating expenses; however, they wouldn't be hired unless they, too, filled a needed position. This isn't different from any other company, it's just more noticeable in a fast growing high tech start-up like ADTM. Operating costs will ALWAYS be higher than revenues until those revenues completely cover all of those operating costs. When that happens, a successful company will next go cash flow positive and then finally achieve the goal of every company, attaining a net profit, thus creating an increase in shareholder value for everyone. I have seen ADTM make nothing but steady progress toward that ultimate goal, and have yet to see any real evidence indicating otherwise.

GLTY, and I do hope this information is of some help.

ADTM

P.S. Mr. Shareef was viewed by more knowledgeable individuals than any of us here, and publicly referred to him as an "industry thought leader" and mentioned that he was a "well sought after adviser" ... I would venture to say that was good enough reason to take him on board as a "Strategic Adviser", just like it states in Mr. Shareef's Linkedin Profile.

Anyone who wants to confirm what I said is certainly welcome to check it out here ...
