I am calling the overpayment to be alloted interested to the Company.
In the world we live in and in the courts from past experience, when a contract is deemed null and void and overpayment has been made, judges always allow interest to be charged on funds that have been "overpaid".

In this case the overpaid amount should be interest chargeable funds that are returned to the Company.
