i heard it as here is another chance to get it right mr gmnt.

I was unsure if was dealing from a position of strength or weakness.
And unsure how the gmnt would see it as strength or weakness.

The TSY is so arrogant i think they see the judge as weak.
But the message was as much the the gmnt lawyers as it was to to the puppet master pulling the strings.
