After some thought I think Bac doesn't announce DOJ extortion settlement until qtr release.

It makes sense to get all the BS out at one time. The charge for the qtr be huge with billions going to the DOJ
I don't remember if they had 9 billion in reserve. If not that is going to hurt when they take the charge to make up the difference. Until then we drift along.
