FYI.. According to Melvin, Daystar never "owned" any properties in Costa Rica. And, in my opinion of course, OTHM will not own or manage any properties in Costa Rica because OTHM has no:

Money
Revenue
Employees
Real assets
Licenses
Presence in Costa Rica

Hold on a second here.. Doesn't OTHM have a partnership with criminal Pat Hundley? The very reason that Daystar collapsed and hundreds of property owners were suddenly looking for a replacement? I don't know how they think, but I'm pretty sure they don't want one of Hundley's sidekicks taking over.

They are essentially less appealing to hotel and condo owners than a homeless man who doesn't know how to clean or have any cleaning supplies and is open about his intentions to lie and steal.
