Eyes on the Go Increases 2nd Quarter Revenue 63% Over 1st Quarter and 2,033% Over Same Period in 2013

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Aug 18, 2014) - Eyes on the Go, Inc. (OTCQB: AXCG) ("Eyes"), released results for the 2nd quarter and reported revenue of $149,376, a 63% increase over the 1st quarter of $91,649. For the 6 months, revenue jumped from $10,135 in 2013 to $241,025 in 2014, a 2,278% increase. Revenue growth is coming from venue fees, social media and artist support services and ad placements. The company expects revenue to continue to grow in the foreseeable future.

During the quarter the company invested significant capital in preparing for its expansion including capacity to handle traffic from their new relationship with Cameron Dallas and Nash Grier. The company is adding upwards of 500 servers through its relationship with Amazon Web Services to increase concurrent viewers by at least 20 times. Increased spending on software and services led to a total overhead expense in the 2nd quarter 2014 of $543,600, up from $297,500 in the 1st quarter. This led to an increased operating loss of $396,800 compared to $214,000 in the prior quarter. The company expects that it will continue to invest as more venues and celebrity relationships are added to its broadcast network.

Eyes recently announced that it had launched a subscription application that will allow venues and artists to monetize their content through shows, event series or monthly fees. The company is expecting to start realizing subscription revenues with the Cameron and Nash live and recorded broadcasts by the end of August.

Eyes on the Go Enters Into Live Broadcast Agreements With Teen Internet Sensations Cameron Dallas and Nash Grier

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Aug 13, 2014) - Eyes on the Go, Inc. (OTCQB: AXCG) ("Eyes"), announced today that it has entered into broadcast agreements with social media megastars Cameron Dallas and Nash Grier. Dallas and Grier, who have nearly 15 million Vine followers combined, will each host their own reality-based weekly programs on the video-streaming network, as well as appear together on special occasions. Their first shows will debut on www.gander.tv the week of August 18th.

Eyes has also launched a subscription application that will allow fans to sign up with a monthly fee and access live and recorded shows. The agreement provides for a revenue sharing arrangement between the Company and the artists. Eyes is also introducing a Chat Room function that will allow the artists to engage with fans in real time, taking questions and responding to comments.

Dallas (19-years-old), of California, and Grier (17-years-old), originally from North Carolina, exploded onto the internet scene after becoming Vine sensations less than a year ago. Grier has more than nine million Vine followers, surpassing Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber, One Direction and Taylor Swift. His fan base is growing exponentially each week with more than six million Instagram followers and 3.6 million Twitter followers. Dallas' social media numbers are as impressive, with more than three million Twitter followers and 5.4 million followers on Vine. Both Dallas and Grier have appeared on numerous TV shows, including Good Morning America and Good Day New York, and have recently signed with AwesomnessTV for a feature movie.

This deal is the first of many subscription-based agreements from GANDER.tv. Instead of controlling the camera remotely at GANDER.tv headquarters, they are turning over the controls to Dallas and Grier, allowing for their creative vision to be on full display without the encumbrances of third party producers or broadcast partners.

The viewership for GANDER.tv has grown exponentially since its inception in 2012, touting more than 15 million visitors and 35 million page views per month. More venues and broadcast performances add to the variety and breadth of available content, making GANDER.tv a prime destination for all things entertainment.
