Thanks. Makes sense. Sadly I didn't even think about corporate insurance.

Still it doesn't sound good for shareholders at all. Who may ultimately be the ones who take the losses. Sounds like the company infrastructure is already doomed when you consider how small the assets are as compared to debt.
