FYI,....Lost Beach LLC took over for Daystar. These are the daystar properties in this link. BUT , I believe lost beach partners and OTHM have agreed on OTHM taken over some of the properties. That is only my opinion....I have seen some info that gives me that feeling. I'm hoping there will be clarification on all this soon and I'm personally holding off investing any additional funds until I see absolute proof OTHM gains ownership.

EDIT - Also, what you notice is that the 15 story 44 unit building that WAS on the Daystar original website is NOT part of what is offered by Lost Beach LLC. The sites have changed so hard to track back now but I believe there's a chance OTHM may have secured this property.....there were a couple others I don't see listed and maybe that's their intention to acquire.

My other concern is the type of property the 44 unit building is.....I have read it may be owned condos and then OTHM would possibly own the whole building or manage it but the units themselves are actually owned by other people. I don't know if there's enough profit in just managing that building to add to a portfolio. I also may have misread the info as well. I have a position with OTHM
