When you look back at the time management became really quiet in reference to communicating with the shareholder's, and that was a long long time back, it was probably the time that Victor and his buddies realized that they were not going to meet any schedule in time of really moving ahead revenue wise with this company and they decided to then follow the policy they have followed ever since in not including the shareholder's in the picture of what was and is happening to this company up to now other than throwing out a little carrot once in awhile.
