They also show a consistent increase in the OS. The increases directly relate to each other in that they are limited in the amount they can own.
As the OS increases so does that limit. Every time they dilute the amount they can dilute grows larger. When they do dilute the amount of shares "held" increase.

There are other things that increase with each conversion.

The amount of shares converted increases because they can "hold" more shares.
The OS increases
The amount of selling increases
The loss to shareholders increases
There is an increase in fluff PRs
And an increase in the amount of times you hear someone say "soon".

It seems about the only thing that doesn't increase here is the share price.
