From what I've seen the OTC doesn't act that fast.

Aaron's mentor that helped Aaron gain control of RIGH by Aaron creating a "company" the same day as the "huge RM news" of 12/5/2011, Matt Dwyer, stopped publishing disclosures after the 2nd quarter of 2012, but OTC didn't change the status for just over 1 year.

Last quarter disclosure was for the period ending June 30, 2012, but OTC didn't list them as CE until 7/31/2013.

BTW-OTC still shows RightSmile on their quote page. Interesting that Ihub and even Scottrade show it as Bud Genius, but OTC, where Aaron publishes disclosures doesn't.
