It seems somebody posted 1% of the hearing story and left out the 99% part he didn't like.

What's the 99% part you ask?

tmm is BEING FORCED TO SUE HP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!, if they want to continue this train wreck of a court case. Kudos to Judge Gonzales for finally recognizing what these thieves are trying to do. This will be the end of tmm. Not good for my tmm investment, but oh well my other investments are looking REAL GOOD!

Oh yeah, note to picker. Yes, the other side can still counter sue and I assume will do so. tmm keeps amending its complaint every few weeks and so Dimension has had to wait for them to figure out what they think they are suing about before the judge would let them sue. Looks like its time. Dimension and HP against tmm, has a ring to it doesn't it? LLOLs this post will be deleted on the other board
