Hi hill! With a strong initial market demand for a product line which we can clearly see a great future for, I would be more than happy to see a large salary over stock based compensation. A large salary for successful executives is a normal part of business practices. The salary doesn't hurt the pps of a stock. Stock based compensations scare the hell out of new investors(and older shareholders). Remember, last year we liked the fact that Kevin Quirk was not working for a stock based compensation per his contract. We discussed that fact and respected it as a positive contribution. I'm just glad they stuck with that format until they are proven successful at least. We also discussed Kevin was awarded a performance based salary per his contract. I believe Kevin is fulfilling his obligations as promised and therefore is earning his salary increase. I have been watching as everyone else here waiting for positive developments. I think Kevin is delivering as promised when he said "I am not here to run a penny stock". All in good time of course, not overnight. :^)
