Because like you previously said, LATF has been in a downtrend. It will not change to 'Strong Buy -Act Now' until LATF is in the high 3's again. Low 3's will show 'Buy'. I've been watching that as well.

Usually if you wait until an indicator such as that to indicate 'sell' your too late to sell, and will take a substantial loss if you do. That's why I recommend using multiple indicators. Like intrinsic value!

The current price/intrinsic value is 1.35! This indicator is one of the most useful because it factors in essentially EVERYTHING about a company.[/b]Therefore, LATF is EXTREMELY UNDERVALUED at these levels. IMO.
