Everybody knows What - that there is 51 Million dollar Net Loss - with $1.400 in liquid cash and its all good, this is a circus act and the show goes on, till the lunacy ends.

Richard Esparza has gotten in way over his head with Robert Coleridge and Arnie DeWitt not to mention with his ole buddy John Moreno.

They continue to press forward looking for an out but get deeper into debt to pass off on the new investors.

Business Plan - non existent - no one knows.

AND NO ONE HAS SEEN A BUSINESS PLAN - IT has not been announced the marketing director has never stated a Vision for the company not even the big ex-microsoft UPOT president Robert Coleridge has stated it - John Moreno did )

....... maybe we can nail down Richard Esparza to Tell us.
