It does NOT state "recommending" but to the contrary. I says it has not made an investment and after it does it research, if it decides to, it will publish its findings good, bad or indifferent. It goes on to say PENNY STOCK ARE A RISKY INVESTMENT AND EXPECT TO LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY
