Appeared on 20-Jun. Look on the bright side... by definition a Form 10 is deemed effective by the SEC automagically 60 days post submission. Therefore one is guaranteed to see a tweet 60 days later on 20-Aug by Reid stating:

The 20-Jun Form 10 confidential submission to the SEC was deemed effective on 20-Aug.

Now what would be the harm of Reid issuing such an innocent tweet like that, specifically confirming the "confidential" Form 10 was effective tomorrow? Confirming a material event to his shareholders. You do agree CEOs should confirm material events to their stockholders - correct? The 60 days is up tomorrow.

Then again, a bogus 20-Jun tweet, implying a bogus non-existent Form 10 submission to the SEC is destined to turn into goo, 60 days later.

Waiting for the suggested tweet above to not appear tomorrow.
