Premature rename-ulation? Don'tcha hate when that happens?

Technically, RIGH only announced that the Board of Directors (that would be Angel and....well, Angel), only RESOLVED to change the company's name:

The Board of Directors of RightSmile, Inc. (OTC:RIGH) passed a resolution yesterday to change the company’s name to Bud Genius, Inc. A new ticker symbol will be assigned after the name change has been officially recognized.

Folks RESOLVE to do lots of things, like on New Year's Day. That's why I speculated that changing the IHub board name MIGHT be a bit premature.

But we'll see... stranger things have happened than Angel doing something in a timely manner... I can't think of any but I'm sure SOME stranger things must have happened.

It IS interesting that they Wyoming business filing hasn't been changed to reflect the new name...

And there's been no attempt to refile the ABANDONED BudGenius Treademark, according to the latest USPTO filings (can't provide DIRECT link- they're "timed sessions" but anyone can drill down here):
