PTAH three parts to this

financing news supposed to be this week... they want to purchase 10 more rigs bringing rev over $6.5mil

next week supposed to release acquisition news... wish i knew more about this but I don't - there is a Mccay Trucking connection but not sure how big this will be... could be huge

quarterly numbers due next week as well or early the following week. they told me that 2nd quarter was much better than first quarter (1st q they did $930k, and he said that was very slow)
