Originally it was said 20-Jun --> 20-Aug. So now it's 30 more days? Given up on 20-Aug? We have a problem in tweet ville. No tweets on 20-Jul specifying a KMAGinary super secret confidential submission (where no such thing exists) to the SEC. The SEC process for a Form 10 is 60 days from start to finish. It would expire that 20-Jun tweet. Even the implication of a KMAGinary submission would be expired nonsense.

Seems we definitely need a tweet from CEO Jeffy tomorrow to clear it up. How about: The Form 10 was submitted to the SEC for confidential SEC review on 20-Jul. It will be deemed effective by the SEC in the next 30 days.

Of course Reid will not ever post such a tweet with that exact wording.

When 20-Sep comes, and nothing happens, then what? Move it out yet another 30 days to 20-Oct? Which would imply the KMAGinary submission occurred on 20-Aug? With no indication from Reid it was ever submitted on that date? Seems tweet ville will be in a bind trying to explain extensions for the Jeffy PASS.
