How ya going to explain KMAG trading

continuing to trade on the greys?

How will it be explained, when someone checks with the SEC, and finds out they have no record of any effective Form 10 for KMAG?

How will it be explained when there is no 211 filed with FINRA? Not to mention FINRA would currently block it.

Let's not forget (or was it overlooked?) there's a measurable time stamp event for an effective Form 10. A 10Q in Nov. How will it be explained when no 10Q occurs? Let me guess... it will be a confidential 10Q? LOL

Reid has yet to file or upload a Form 10 to EDGAR for SEC review. Again, I challenge Reid to tweet tomorrow (KMAGinary 60 days from the KMAGinary submission), the "confidential" review of the Form 10 has been completed, and deemed effective by the SEC. In those specific words. Reid isn't that stoopid to try such a stunt. Nothing has changed for KMAG as it approaches its 2 yr suspension anniversary.
