Total share volume for NEOM over the last 3 months per NASDAQ is 1.2 billion shares. Of those shares, 857 million are newly minted shares sold by YA Global and friends (332 million post-split shares have now increased to 1.19 billion per the cover of the 10-Q).

On average, that means over 70% of the shares sold are courtesy of YA's conversions. So we know who is selling but the question for me is who would even think about buying. According to the income statement in the 10-Q, there are 260 billion fully diluted shares, keeping in mind there are only 7.5 billion authorized shares.
