No reputable public company operates this way. Tell me how many stocks you have that the CEO is as irresponsible as Jeff is at telling share holders the facts, the truth, regular updates etc.

In a real public company that CEO would be history however, if you are running a SCAM then you are king, but only until the SEC takes it's enforcement action...then in Jeff's case you are glad you are in another country and pissed off share holders can't get you. Hope you have a plan also.
