on another note:
The thesis for the last year was to keep my ckj not pay on the fantastic capital gains but to collect the 8% dividend. and my risky investment would then become my safe investment. The rest of my pfds which were purchased at a higher cost basis i would sell and invest or hold for opportunities to invest in.

the market will always have its cycles and favored and unfavored sectors.


Kinda scary when you read how many people little to no money saved for retirement. Gonna be a have and have nots situation.
Of course the government will say those who saved, NEED to support those who have not saved.
The seniors with little to no opportunity to earn any new money will have to live somehow- not sure.
