the last increase in Authorized Shares was primarily to fix legacy issues, these same issues that Matt, joey & VP lawyer guy
created from the FAILED Mexico, German & China deals that became the Lawsuit we are in today (Frozen Foods)another joke.

give joey a call, ask him now that we are in Pinksville where is the wider audience of potential investors??

I do know that it's not the CEO & VP that are investing in this company but are the ones who put out this Fluff and have caused this mess that we are in today. I would say these are the facts IMO.
