bob, I understand entirely. I had some similar experiences when I first started 8-9 years ago. Like with any job, there is an educational expense. But if you keep at it, learn as much as you can, and keep a written account of your mistakes, what you should have done etc. You'll get better. Eventually you'll be doing real well for yourself.
