Malt, how was this okay-ed by the SEC?---from your previous post you stated Well...today was the last day Lowenthal could raise any significant cash even if he wanted. You got 4.5B outstanding and the stock at .0001. RS impossible since the OS is no where near AS. Second, the SEC would never allow it, third, if Lowenthal wants to raise operating capital, he'll have to do it the old fashioned way. VotMax...have to agree...there is no way Lowenthal can raise reasonable funds for debt conversions at this level. Only practical option is raise shares price or RS. With the ratio of outstanding to AS, that is pretty remote in addition even getting a RS authorized with the SEC. Guess we wait for his next move.
