It´s their way to enrich insiders. It´s a new company
in Pensacola, officer Lori Moss.
We know her pretty well! ,)
And these shares are not restricted, the same with the 1m shares for the son.

Why did Mr. S did not call it compensation? Debt is a lie IMO, i highly doubt the son and Mrs Moss gave the company money.
And Mr S. got another 1m shares for $1k debt. He wanted also some shars without restriction and it´s obvious why!

Reason, then these shares would have a restriction, there are rules. Bethanie from OG got 500k shares for compensation and these shares are restricted!

If anyone posts there is no dilution, it´s not true.
O/s is 50% up(who knows what we have now, 30 june latest update) and it looks like no long term positive plan, otherwise there would be a restriction.

And i don´t like it, if beside the number of shares they say "restricted common shares" and if you read more you see they are not restricted.

If a pump with promos will happen, i wonder why VFIN is at .11, probably Lori knows how shitty the company is and cannot wait to cashout!

And in the disclosures they say a/s is 60m as of June 30.
