B/S ratio was 3/5 with 96% of the volume sells.

St-Malo last posted in mid-July and hoped that financing would be done by the end of the month, if my memory serves me correct. It appears, once again, to still be the smelly albatross around FASC's stretched out neck.

But only 6 weeks until the 10K comes out.
