Just to be clear NO dilution this is just manipulating the price downward. Real dilution is done for the purpose of raising funds for a company that has no other resources to stay in business. The worst dilution is when they hire a third party like Asher to sell tons of shares at discounted prices. It's a technicality or matter of terms but this isn't dilution when 17.5 million is the historical high. Shorters and manipulators holding it down in order to aquire cheap shares and load them because they know it's going much higher.
